The basics
What is FC Box?
A site where you open mystery boxes and pull real EA FC 27 Ultimate Team player cards. Each box shows what is inside and the exact chance of every card.
What are site coins?
Coins you use to open boxes. One site coin is worth one FUT coin. They are not money and can not be exchanged for money.
Is this affiliated with EA SPORTS?
No. FC Box is not affiliated with or endorsed by EA SPORTS. Card names, images and ratings belong to their owners.
Is this a real service yet?
It is a test build. No real payments are taken and no coins are delivered to real accounts. Buying coins here is in test mode.
Boxes and odds
How do the six tiers work?
Every box has Grail, Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon and Common tiers. A tier is a band of card values set against the box price, with a published chance. See them all on the odds page.
What does Est. mean next to a value?
It means the value is an estimate, shown with the time it was set. Real market prices move, so estimates are refreshed and the time tells you how fresh they are.
Can the odds change while I am playing?
A box version is frozen when it is published. A price refresh makes a new version, and every open records the version it used. A box that fails its checks is paused instead of left open.
What do x1, x3 and x5 mean?
You can open one, three or five boxes in one go. We show the total cost and ask you to confirm before anything is spent.
Does skipping the animation change my pull?
Never. The card is decided on the server before the animation starts. Skipping only skips the show.
Selling and cashing out
How does sell-back work?
Sell any pulled card for 90% of its current value, paid in coins. You are shown a price held for 60 seconds, so it can not shift while you click.
Can I keep my cards?
Yes, as long as you like. Kept cards live in your FC Box club.
Are my cards added to my FC account?
No. Cards stay in your FC Box club. Only the FUT coins you cash out reach your FC account.
What is Cash out?
It sends FUT coins to your own FC club, using the player-auction method on EA's transfer market. We show you a card and a price; you list it; we buy it. You can cash out from 50,000 coins, up to 2,000,000 a day.
Which coins can I cash out?
Coins that come from selling cards. Coins you buy, and bonus coins, are spend-only and are used first when you open boxes.
Do you need my EA login?
No. The player-auction method only needs you to list one card on your own transfer market at a price we show you.
Fair play and safety
How do I know a pull was fair?
Every open comes from numbers fixed before you open. The fairness page explains the scheme and lets you recompute any open in your browser.
Who can play?
You must be 18 or over. We check your age at sign-up and can limit by region. You can set a daily limit or take a break any time, see responsible play.
How do rewards work?
You earn 1 point for every 100 coins you spend on boxes. 10,000 points buys a free Storm box. Levels unlock as your points grow.
Is there a referral bonus?
Yes. When a friend you invite buys at least 100,000 coins, you get 5,000 coins. They get a 5% bonus on that first purchase, up to 5,000 coins.
